The author proposes to work the handling of the transference, in the psychosis, by taking account of the inversion of the tranferential vector which, in the neurosis, goes from the subject towards the Other. Then that, in the neurosis, it’s generally about of the question addressed by the subject to the Other, supposed to contain the being which it misses in so much as object causes some desire, in the psychosis it’s rather on the side of the subject which fi nds himself as the being who misses in the Other. Where from the certainty, expressed by the psychotic, to be always concerned by the Other. By considering these aspects, the autor plans to direct a clinical handling which consists in treating the transference of the one who takes care of the clinic of the psychosis, which comprises an emptying intended to return more bearable the address than the subject psychotic is seen occupying towards the Other with whom he has to deal.
